So for the past three days I've been in Orlando for the two day hair show the hold there every year. I must say that I was getting a bit burnt out in school and was forgetting the reason why I started this in the first place, but being there and meeting as well as the techniques I saw were just the thing I needed.
While I was there I got to sit in on a hair cutting class tina Andersen from the Vidal Sassoon academy was doing and got the chance to be a hair model for them. It was a total chance of a lifetime. Not only was I able to get my hair cut by her, I was also able to get my hair colored, well bleached and tinted, in a class they held. It was a bit intimidating though since I've never done anything like it. They dressed me up and did my makeup... and then did my hair on a stage overlooking a movie theater sized audience. As well as walk a runway.. in heels 2 sizes too big that we ended up stuffing. I got a ton of goodies and it was a blast, I cant wait till next year.

I wore high heels both days... and have the quarter size blisters to prove that it was not the best choice.
